The NJ Xtreme 14u girls softball team won their bracket in the Carteret Slide into Summer softball tournament on June 3rd.  Seeded 5^th, In the Quarterfinals they beat the Jackson Renegades 2-0.  In the Semi-finals, they won 22-0 over the top seeded East Brunswick Chaos and in the finals they won 8-0 over the NJ Edge based out of Robbinsville. East Brunswick native Hayley Lipson pitched 2 shutouts on the day.   The NJ Xtreme 14u is based out of Marlboro.
