Hopefully all is well for both the driver and the cyclist. Unfortunately for some the cyclists no matter the age do not follow the rules of the road, and in some cases the driver is the one always to blame and bear the brunt of expenses, when in fact it wasn't the driver's fault. Cyclists need to be ticketed just as well as the drivers if not more so.
