County Health Dept. Says No Further Info on Death of Churchhill Student
The East Brunswick School District says a ninth grader at Churchill School passed away over the weekend.
No further information is available on the death of a ninth grade student at Churchill Junior High School, according to a spokesperson for Middlesex County.
Safe Habashy passed away over the weekend, according to a letter posted on Jan. 28 on the school website.
"To alleviate parental concerns we contacted the Middlesex County Public Health Department who informed us that the cause of death was “Not Reportable.” If the cause of death was one of concern to our families, the Health Department would have notified the school district," the letter said.
Crisis counselors have been meeting with students and staff following the student's death.
Grief counseling information can also be found on the school website, located on the left side of the page under "Quick Links".

He died, let it be. How does this concern anyone else but his family and friends.
You people should be ashamed of yourselves acting like this.
