Qualifications for sous chef...Memorize directions to secret Smashburger french fry recipe: Open freezer. Take out Ore-Ida french fry bag. Open bag. Take handful of fries. Read direction on bag that show how to cook in fryer (use oven if fryer broken). Cook them. Take out. Toss on plate. Sprinkle with some fancy rosemary, garlic, and olive oil and charge a few bucks just for the fries.

Average burgers at best. Crappy frozen fries dressed to look nice. Overpriced all around.

We have improved tremendously since 12 months ago; in fact the most common request from our customers is .... "Extra Sauce, Please".

We spend 1 hour tumbling our signature chicken to marinate and to remove the fat so that it becomes a healthy choice. Our chicken is very lean.

Thank you for you input.
