REPORT: Rabbi Goodman Arrested by Sheriff's Office
Alleged incident took place 10 years ago.
According to the East Brunswick Sentinel, Rabbi Aryeh Goodman, director of the East Brunswick Chabad, has been arrested by the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office, for alleged "indecent assault" while serving as a counselor at Camp Menachem in Lackawaxen Township in Pennsylvania 10 years ago.
According to the Sentinel, Goodman was taken into custody on Jan. 4 and remained incarcerated at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center, North Brunswick, as of Jan. 8. He was awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
