Under construction since the spring, the Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery is almost ready to open.

According to the company's corporate headquarters, the Celtic-themed sports bar will open by the middle of September or the beginning of September.

The restaurant features burgers, beer and female servers outfitted in long knee-high socks and plaid kilts.

The 5,900-square-foot restaurant will have its own outside entrance.
