By Heidi Scanlon, Certified Reiki Master It’s February, and signs of Valentine’s Day are nearly everywhere. For some people, it is a time for celebrating love—the love of yourself, your family, and a soul mate. For others, it is a painful reminder of feelings of inferiority and unworthiness, failed relationships and a lack of healthy emotional connections. Some people attract and maintain loving relationships easily. They appear to do it with effortless ease. Yet for others, no matter what they do, love that lasts seems to elude them. Every kid who's dreaming of getting that special holiday gift thinks twice about how they behave. Why? Because "...he knows if you've been bad or good so be good for goodness sake!" Over the past 31 years I have served this community as a chiropractor, I’ve helped thousands of patients and literally delivered millions of chiropractic adjustments. Every day in my office, I’ve been blessed to witness what many people would call “miracles of healing”: crutches, canes and braces discarded because the disabled have returned to functioning normally; people’s headaches, neck and back pain disappeared; cancer patients with little more than hope battled back to health; people with digestive problems enjoyed eating without pain again; infertile couples conceived and delivered …
The 4-H Rhythm In Motion Cloggers traveled to New Hampshire to attend the Northeast Clogging Convention. We left for New Hampshire on March 17, 2011, and returned on March 20, 2011. While in New Hampshire my group attended workshops and I competed in my first competition. The workshops are broken into different levels. I mostly go into the workshops for intermediates. I have tried advanced workshops but they are hard. These workshops are taught by instructors from all over the country. The instructors teach us a routine to a song. This year I decided I wanted to compete in the bracket…

This event takes place every year in January. During baking, a group decided to make cookies for dessert but that did not turn out to well. We burned all the cookies except for one dozen. We got silly and had dough all over …
