Continue your mastery of Excel in this new class offering. Learn how to create and modify pivot tables,to protect cells and worksheets, to use the payment function, to create and use forms for data entry, to use the VLookup function, learn the advantages for defining data as a table, and how to use Excel as an architectural design tool. In addition, the class will offer an overview of best practices for spreadsheet design.

Prerequisites: Excel III or equivalent experience. Introduction to the New Microsoft Office is recommended. By signing up you are certifying that you have the basic skills required to complete this class.

Fees:

  • Library Cardholders -- $5 per class. The fee will be added to Library cardholder accounts after the cardholder has registered for a class.
  • Non-cardholders -- $10 per class. Non-cardholders must pay the $10 fee at registration.

The East Brunswick Public Library offers patrons a variety of services. Visitors can use its free Wi-Fi or select from thousands of books, magazines, games, movies, music and more.

The Library also has a wide selection of databases, including Ancestry.com, EBSCO, the Gale sites, Lexis Nexis and more. It also offers computer training, passport and business services through its Business Resource Center and is expanding its e-book and audiobook collection. These books can be downloaded to e-readers such as smartphones and others.

The Library also hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including author visits, the Phyllis Noar Puppetry Festival, the James Hess Storytelling Festival and more.

The Library is home to EBTV.
