More About Hatikvah International Academy Charter School
Hatikvah International Academy Charter School is a charter public school that serves kindergarten through second grade. The school's mission is to develop students into those who promote a more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
The dual-language school will add a grade each year until it is a kindergarten through eighth grade school with spots for 372 students. The school also offers before- and after-school programs.
The school is located in the rear of Trinity Presbyterian and next to Central School. The school plans to join the Campus for Jewish Life to build a permanent home on CJL's Dutch Road property. The 10.5-acre Dutch Road site will include athletic fields, tennis courts, new playground equipment and a pool.
Students are selected for enrollment using annual lotteries, one for East Brunswick residents and one for students from outside the township.
