The types of drugs being abused by America’s teens has changed, and you might be surprised to find out what it is
they are using. Join Special Agent Douglas Collier of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) of the U.S. Department of Justice on Monday, Dec. 5, from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m., for a discussion on the growing problem of prescription drug abuse. You will learn key trends about this serious problem, including the fact that prescription and over-the-counter drugs account for 8 of the top 14 most frequently abused drugs by 12th-graders.
All are welcome - especially the parents and grandparents of children and teens - to this not-to-be-missed program. This free program is sponsored by the East Brunswick Hadassah and the Library.
