 r. Whitman is a recognized expert on site remediation and on compliance 
 with ISRA\, the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act. He serves on th
 e Site Remediation Advisory Committee\, a group established to assist th
 e state Department of Environmental Protection in implementing its site
