Learn about the basic elements of a business plan, from business through financials.
This seminar will cover two main topics:
Business Planning: Discuss the main elements of a business plan. This will include scheduling, examples and an overview of potential sources of financing; and
The Art of Closing a Sale: Learn techniques and advice on how to handle any objection and close the sale with professionalism, confidence and skill.
This is being presented by experienced SCORE counselors Bill Litchman and Carmen Morris.
Fee: BRC Members: $15; Non-members: $25 Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, please call 732-390-6782 at least 24 hours in advance of each class. You can also cancel your registration by email to dmcauley@ebpl.org.
The $25 registration fee is nonrefundable without proper cancellation notice but may be applied to another class at a future date.

The Library also has a wide selection of databases, including Ancestry.com, EBSCO, the Gale sites, Lexis Nexis and more. It also offers computer training, passport and business services through its Business Resource Center and is expanding its e-book and audiobook collection. These books can be downloaded to e-readers such as smartphones and others.
The Library also hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including author visits, the Phyllis Noar Puppetry Festival, the James Hess Storytelling Festival and more.
