Computer Help, Soccer Registration This Weekend in East Brunswick

Do you have plans for the weekend yet? Here are some notes on things happening around town.

1. Do you need a job? The Fresh Grocer in New Brunswick is holding a job fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, according to the City of New Brunswick Facebook Page. Bi-lingual candidates are specifically being sought, according to the post.

2. Do you have a question about Microsoft Office? Do you need help setting up a new email account? Teen techies will be at the East Brunswick Library to 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday to lend a help to any adult computer users who have questions about basic computer use.

3. Have you signed your kids up for soccer? Fall registration for the East Brunswick Soccer Club closes on Sunday, Aug. 4. Anyone signing up after that date will incur a $35 late charge, according to the club. More information is available here.

4. A yard sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3 at St. Mary of Ostrabrama Church, 30 Jackson St., South River, according to the East Brunswick Sentinel bulletin board.
