Today: Volleyball at Hammarskjold, the Return of Summer Weather

Goings on in East Brunswick on Tuesday.

That fall chill in the air will dissipate today as we get a glimpse of the fleeting summer weather.

Elsewhere in East Brunswick, teen volleyball fans will have a chance to show their stuff tonight at Hammarskjold Middle School. Here's a quick glimpse of what's up in East Brunswick today.

1. Today's forecast is predicted to be partly cloudy with a high of 87 degrees and a 10 percent chance of rain.

2. The Helios Volleyball Club will be holding tryouts tonight and tomorrow night in the Hammarskjold Middle School Gym, at 200 Rues Lane starting at 6:30 p.m. to form boys teams for the 2013-2014 indoor season. They are specifically looking at teams in the 14- and 16-year-old age divisions, but they welcome all age groups to the tryouts, and the exact teams created will depend on the players who try out. All players must register online by clicking here and submitting your info, and further details will be sent to registered players.
