THE EAST BRUNSWICK ROOTS PROJECT: UKRAINE Jews of Ukraine, Pre-WWII
Tuesday, April 29 * 7 p.m. Examine the rich history and culture of the Jews of Ukraine prior to World War II and the legacy that has survived. Includes a look at surviving literature, the history of the Jews of a lost village and a performance of Jewish Ukrainian music of the period on voice, piano and a viola rescued from the Holocaust.
