A Day At The Farm

Pumpkins, hayrides and more at Giamarese.

Pumpkins of all shapes and sizes are for sale at the farm, and beginning Oct. 1, the farm started holding it’s annual country-style fall event every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Oct. 30.

Hayrides will run from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every hour, and the corn maze is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Inside the maze, visitors will get to test their farm knowledge while they learn Agricultural Crop Facts of New Jersey.

For kids, there will be pumpkin painting and crafts, a pumpkin decorating contest, and a costume parade on Oct. 30 from 5 to 6 p.m. The parade is open to children between 5 and 14 years old and toy store gift cards will be given for the “Best Farmer Jim” look alike, food, vegetable or fruit, farm animal and other harvest themes. Costume contest is for ages 3-6, 7-10 and 11-14.
