It's time for Memorial Day weekend and the unofficial start to the upcoming summer. A lot of people spend time at the beach or in pools and take out their barbeque grills to use for outdoor cooking and enjoyment.
Many people start to eat dinner meals outside. Here are a few grilling ideas for your family's next barbecue.
Easy Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds of chicken with bones (legs, thighs,breasts, etc-use your favorite parts)

- Spray pieces with non dairy butter spray and sprinkle with creole seasoning
Option #2
- Marinate chicken overnight in 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce and 1/4 cup honey (use a gallon zip bag)
Option #3
- Marinate for a few hours or overnight in 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning, 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup olive oil (use a bag for this one too)
Now all you need to do is light your grill, heat it up and start your meal by cooking your chicken on medium or high heat. Cookouts can be fun and easy for your family.
