East Brunswick Area Church Having Car Wash for Poor

Oasis-Church-NJ.com, a two year old East Brunswick area casual Christian church in Central Jersey,  will be sponsoring a car wash  October 6 at the AppleBees Restaurant located at 1282 Centennial Ave in Piscataway.  The car wash will take place form 9:AM to 3:PM, with donations /proceed  be given to FISH, an area non-profit that helps to feed and house the poor and homeless in the Middlesex County  NJ area. The event is being hosted by the Oasis Church Regal Hadley Cinema Launch Team, which is spearheading the launching of  church's second location at the Regal Hadley Cinema Theater in South Plainfield.

On 9.9.12, Oasis celebrated it's first ever Sunday morning service  at the theater with over 220 people in attendance. Launch of weekly services is slated for sometime in 2013,  with the next Sunday Morning  service scheduled for December 9 at 10:AM at the Regal Cinema. According to Dave Butler, Lead Pastor at Oasis, having a church service in a movie theater is a great way to break through barriers that keep people way from church because it "meets them where they're at." If you are looking for a church that is casual yet serious about finding out more about God, then this is the place to be.

Oasis meets weekly at it's first location  at Hotel 304 West at 304 RT 22 W in Springfield.  The service time is Sundays 10:10:30AM.  If you are interested in finding more about Oasis  go here or contact us at 732-406-7821.
