Halloween Descends on Library
The East Brunswick Public Library held it's annual Halloween Parade, Thursday.
Superheroes, princesses, dragons and more flocked to the Wednesday the library's annual parade. The event was a good warm-up for Monday, when the real trick-or-treating begins.
