Jewish Choir of Central Jersey Returns to the East Brunswick Public Library

From East Brunswick Library:

Visit the East Brunswick Public Library on Sunday, March 23, at 3 p.m. for a free concert by Makhelat Hamercaz, Jewish Choir of Central Jersey. Under the direction of Cantor Anna West Ott and Hazzan Sheldon Levin, the performers will again present a stirring program, spanning the spectrum of Jewish experience and traditions.

The repertoire includes a wide variety of Psalm settings, from Renaissance polyphony to rock to Gospel, sung in English, Hebrew, Yiddish and Latin. Sponsored by The Friends of The Library.
