Learn about 'Just for the Health of It' at the Library

Learn about programs, information, and tools you need to improve your health.

Come to the tonight (Wednesday, March 28) at 7 p.m. and learn about upcoming “Just For the Health of It” programs and events.

Those who attend will learn how the “” Initiative at the East Brunswick Library can support your health goals, answer your health questions and direct you to the latest medical information.

During the program, you will learn about the Outspoken Library. This free digital audiobook service brings the delight of reading to those who are unable to read, hold, or use regular print materials as a result of a temporary or permanent visual or physical limitation.

The program also will discuss upcoming May health programs.  These classes are offered by a registered nurse who is certified as a holistic nurse, diabetes educator and instructor for Shapedown, a family based weight management program for overweight children.
