Rotary Club of South River-East Brunswick Honors Veterans
Club raises funds to assist US military and veterans.
Members of the Rotary Club of South River-East Brunswick attended and supported a district wide effort to raise funds for various charities and foundations dedicated to assisting the US military and veterans.
The event took place at Central Jersey Regional Airport in Hillsborough and featured vintage fixed-wing aircraft and modern day Medevac helicopters in addition to antique and collector automobiles and bicycles, a remote control aircraft demonstration and a tethered hot air balloon ride.
The members of the military, families and veterans were provided with information and outreach by several organizations that attended. Local Rotary members participating were President Vikki Richardson, Susan Yates, Genette Falk and Joseph Xerri.
