Township Looking for Summer Help

The Summer Job Expo will be held Nov. 26.

If you’re looking for a summer job, then circle Saturday, Nov. 26, on your calendar.

That’s when the East Brunswick Department of Recreation & Parks will have its Summer Job Expo. Applicants can come by from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the to apply for one of between 200 and 300 positions with the township.

The township is seeking applications to work at , Recreation Day Camp, Summer Theater camp and Summer Daisy Camp.

To be considered for a summer position, applicants should bring two original documents such as driver’s license or school photo ID card and a Social Security card, birth certificate or report card.  Applicants may also bring a passport. Applicants for Crystal Springs ust be 15 years old. Applicants for other positons must be 16.

Sylvia Bravman said many applications are not only looking for summer work, but are looking to give back by helping with activities they enjoyed when they were young.
