Sundays at Schechter: Musical IQ presents "Drum Tales: A DeLIGHTful Tale of Hanukkah"

Join us for an exciting interactive musical presentation for children ages 2-6!

The Delightful Story of Chanukah is set in ancient Israel, the land of the mighty Maccabees. This is an interactive Drum Tale which takes its audience back in time to experience the light and joy of Channukah. As we journey, we will encounter many experiences, adventures, and characters along the way, which will all be brought to life through music and rhythm. Join us for this exciting tale of mystery, miracles, triumph, joy, and a single bottle of olive oil.

The program incorporates drumming and musical accompaniment with story-telling and song.

Each participant is given a percussive instrument which becomes their medium of transportation to far-away lands and exotic places, to ride the waves of mystery in this unfolding plot, and into the deep realm of imagination and the colorful beyond.
