Puppetry Festival to Begin Today!

Come see Tucker's Tales Puppet Theater as it performs Aesop's Fables at the library.

Come see the first of two sessions in the 2012 Phyllis Noar Puppetry Festival at 2 p.m. today at the .

Held over two weekends, the festival is guaranteed to entertain and delight children of almost any age. On Sunday join Tuckers’ Tales Puppet Theater as it performs Aesop’s Fables for families with children ages 4 and up. Return on Sunday, Feb. 19, when Nappy’s Puppets performs a shadow puppet show of “Father Goose” for 3 year olds and their families.

Tickets are $4 and on sale at the Circulation Desk now. Younger children will not be admitted into the show. Both shows will be held at 2 p.m. This event is sponsored by The Friends of the Library.
