EBHS Lady Bears Soccer fundraiser, annual community outdoor sale at Bowne-Munro School highlight upcoming school events.

EBTECS Offers Free Computer and Technology Training to EB Residents: 

Receive free one-on-one training from the East Brunswick High School Technology Education Community Service (EBTECS) Club. Participants will learn how to use computer applications (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.) as well as new technologies including smartphones, iPads, tablets, apps, Nooks, etc.

The first training class will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at East Brunswick High School. Enrollment is limited. Registration will be on a first-come basis. Training classes will be held one Saturday each month throughout the school year.

Show your support for the East Brunswick Education Foundation (EBEF) and the EBEF Student Association at your school’s Back to School Night. Members will be offering Apples for Education for a small donation. All proceeds will be used to enhance and enrich teaching and learning throughout the East Brunswick Public Schools. Stop by the EBEF table and learn about all the ways to support the Foundation during the school year. EBHS Lady Bears Soccer Booster is sponsoring an Applebee's Flapjack Breakfast Sunday, Sept. 29:  

Enjoy a short stack for a tall cause. You’re invited to an Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser breakfast to support EBHS Lady Bears Soccer on Sept. 29 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Applebee's, located at 324 Ryders Lane in Milltown. Meal includes: Pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs and a beverage (coffee, juice, soda or tea.) Ticket valid for pancake event only. Applebee's menu items are not included as part of purchase.

Bowne-Munro PTA to Hold the 1st Annual Community Outdoor Sale Event on Oct. 5:

Don’t miss a great opportunity to get rid of all your unwanted "treasures" and clean out your closets for fall. Or you can sell/take orders for your business. The Bowne-Munro PTA is hosting their First Annual Outdoor Community Sale on Saturday October 5 at Bowne-Munro School, 120 Main Street, East Brunswick from 9 AM to 3 PM. All Vendors and crafters welcome! 10x10 spaces available for $25. Frost PTA sponsoring a Used Clothing Drive Oct. 5:

Frost PTA members will be  accepting donations of wearable and usable clothing including shoes, belts and handbags at Frost Elementary School, 65 Frost Ave on Saturday, October 5 from 8:30 a.m. to noon. They are also collecting bedding, curtains, towels and stuffed animals. All proceeds will go toward supporting cultural arts in the school.

Get Fit With Frost- ZUMBA Night:

The Frost PTA is holding a fundraiser "Get Fit with Frost" ZUMBA night on Wednesday, Oct. 9 from 7-8 p.m. Tickets are $10 and you must be 18 to participate. All proceeds will support PTA events and cultural arts at Frost school.


VENDORS NEEDED For Frost PTA Vendor Night to be held on Nov. 15: of All products, gifts and services vendors wanted for the Frost Elementary School Vendor Night on Friday, November 15. Booths cost $25. Please reserve your spot before Oct. 28 by contacting Jen Simos @ 732-236-7131
