Sharpen Your QuickBooks Skills at The Library

Come to the and get started on one of the most popular and useful financial software programs available – QuickBooks.  

These hands-on classes are designed for individuals who are just starting out with QuickBooks.  Registrants should have a working knowledge of the Windows environment.  Courses covering QuickBooks Level I, Level II and level III will be held Wednesdays at the East Brunswick Public Library’s Business Resource Center beginning in January. The classes run 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and include a1/2 hour break for lunch. 

QuickBooks Level I will be held Wednesday, Jan. 25. Get an introduction to the software’s interface, learn how to set up their company’s QuickBooks, and how to add and work with customers, vendors, accounts and inventory in the customer and vendor centers, the chart of accounts and the lists menu.

QuickBooks Level II will be held Wednesday, Feb. 15. –This class is designed for individuals who are just starting out with QuickBooks. The class will include working with your accounts, and recording sales and payment information.

QuickBooks Level III – Wednesday, March 7. This third class will cover payroll basics, handling sales tax, customizing QuickBooks forms, and using reports in QuickBooks.

There is a $50 fee for each course. Seating for this program is limited so come to the Business Resource Center and register now. Cash, credit cards and checks are accepted. Please make checks payable to the East Brunswick Public Library.
