With the addition of Smash Burger, 1,350 square feet remains available in the center’s existing buildings. An additional 31,000 square feet is available for development on a vacant parcel adjoining the center’s Toys ‘R’ Us/Babies ‘R’ Us superstore. R.J. Brunelli and Welco Realty, Inc. are exclusive co-brokers for the property, which also houses such major retailers as Ulta, Pier 1 Imports and David’s Bridal.

It seems pretty obvious what it takes to fill the vacant retail space along rt 18. New and appealing facilities.

Now all we need is a cardiologist to deal with everyone's clogged arteries.

....perhaps we can occupy every square foot of retail space along Rte 18 with fast-food stores...and that can be our town "signature". The town of Manhasset in Long Island has the "Miracle Mile"....all lined with premium desirable stores.....we can now call Rte 18, "The Cardiac Corridor".

Smash Burger is yummy. Easily the best of the new restaurants in there.
