Smash Burger is coming to the Summerhill Square.
William A. Lenaz, senior vice president of R.J. Brunelli & Co. Inc. in Old Bridge announced Tuesday that the fast-casual restaurant will soon occupy a 3,150-square-foot end cap space.
With the addition of Smash Burger, 1,350 square feet remains available in the center’s existing buildings. An additional 31,000 square feet is available for development on a vacant parcel adjoining the center’s Toys ‘R’ Us/Babies ‘R’ Us superstore. R.J. Brunelli and Welco Realty, Inc. are exclusive co-brokers for the property, which also houses such major retailers as Ulta, Pier 1 Imports and David’s Bridal.
