Brunswick Square Hosts 40th Annual Book & Media Sale to Benefit East Brunswick Public Library

Devoted bibliophiles and enthusiastic bargain hunters will be on the lookout for all sorts of hidden treasures during the 40th Annual East Brunswick Friends of the Library Bargain Book & Media Sale, starting Monday, March 24 and continuing through Sunday, March 30, at Simon’s Brunswick Square.

The event will be held during regular mall hours: 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Vendors and Book re-sellers will have the opportunity to shop from 8:00-9:00am on Monday, March 24th, with a $25.00 fee. In addition, the library will host a special story time puppet show at 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25 in Center Court.

“We’re always pleased to host the East Brunswick Friends’ book and media sale,” said Suzy Lichter, area director of marketing for Brunswick Square. “Our shoppers and visitors look forward to it every year just as much as we look forward to hosting it and assisting this fine organization with its biggest annual fundraiser. No matter what you like to read, listen to or watch, there’s sure to be something here for everyone.”

Considered one of the largest sales of its kind in Central New Jersey, it offers thousands of donated books, music CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, movies and videos of all kinds and genres at deep discounts. If shoppers don’t find what they’re looking for the first time through, they can return as often as they like during the sale’s weeklong run. Displays are restocked with new merchandise several times each day.
