The talk is sure to be an entertaining eye-opener about the amazingly diverse wildlife that co-exists in the Meadowlands with the tank farms, landfills, Turnpike and every other conceivable human impact. Prepare to be surprised by Jim's slide-show and talk!

Get an inside look at the new coffee-table book,"The Nature of the Meadowlands," with author Jim Wright of the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission. The lavishly illustrated, 128-page coffee-tablebook illuminates the region's natural and unnatural history --  from its darkest days of a half-century ago to its environmental revival. Wright's slide-show/talk offers highlights from the book, which combines striking nature photography with rare archival images. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.
