Eat Green and Be Green

Learn to make choices that are good for you, and the environment.

Learn how to make food choices that are good for you and good for the environment during an informative program at the East Brunswick Public Library on Monday, April 8, at 7 p.m.

Join Sue Rose, a vegetarian for more than 40 years, for a discussion on the positive impact of whole, non-gmo foods and plant-based proteins on your health and on the world we live in. Rose will discuss how to plan healthy vegetarian meals using the new USDA One Plate, how to shop locally and what to look for in the grocery store. Come learn how to make healthier food choices.
