In a story that has captured national headlines, a Manchester boy is being sued for an errant warm up toss that struck a spectator in the face two years ago at the township's Little League field.     

The man charged with kidnapping his five-year-old grandson from a West Windsor apartment complex posted a YouTube video six months ago asking for help to keep his grandson from child services.
