Ex-Councilman Denies Race Behind Obama Monkey Statue

A former councilman and police officer who owns a local storage business placed a monkey statue dressed in an anti-Obama t-shirt in front of his Cedar Grove business on Tuesday. He removing the statue after receiving complaints.
