Obituary: Virginia Craig

Virginia A. Tanis Craig died Monday, June 24, 2013 at Deborah Hospital, Browns Mills.  She was 81.

Born in Saddle River Township, she resided in Palm Bay, FL for 30 years before moving to Manalapan 11 years ago.

Prior to her retirement, she was an Electronics Inspector for Systems Engineering/Gould Electronics for 15 years in Melbourne FL and 10 years with Blonder Tongue in Old Bridge.

She was the president of the Covered Bridge Bowling League for many years.

She was predeceased by her husband, John Craig; and by two grandchildren.

Surviving are four sons, John R. Craig III and his wife Debra of Lynchburg, VA, Loren Craig and his wife Margo of Huntsville, AL, Brian Craig and his wife Christine of Palm Bay, FL, Allen Craig of Palm Bay, FL, and Donald Craig and his wife Jayne of Dayton; a brother, Robert Tanis of Ft. Myers, FL; two sisters, Mary Huff of North Carolina and Claire Hill of Ridgefield Park; 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call at the Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. 

Cremation will be private.
