Eat Breakfast for a Good Cause with the St. Vincent de Paul Society

Enjoy a great breakfast - pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs and a beverage, all for $10 or $6 for children under 10.  This family friendly event on Sunday, October 20 at Applebee's from 8 to 10 a.m. will help raise money for the St. Vincent de Paul Society.  This Society operating out of St. Bartholomew Church, assists the local community.  Local families who are having a tough time making ends meet are helped with food from the Society's food pantry. In some cases, there is assistance with rent, utilities or an outstanding bill. During the holidays, needy families receive food baskets and at Christmas there are gifts for those who otherwise would have none.  Tickets for this event are being sold at St Bartholomew Church, 470 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick Saturday evening Oct 12 at 5 pm and Sunday morning October 13, all morning.
