This seminar will cover the do's and
don'ts of "getting back into fitness" for those who wish to
establish...or re-establish...a fitness routine. Merle Taylor will talk
you through the basics, from getting started to pacing yourself to
avoiding injury. It's time to make that New Year's resolution a reality.

Merle Taylor is a wellness professional and has been a
certified trainer for over 20 years.  He has spoken at national
conventions on wellness management and leadership.
