Learn How to Get Published

The East Brunswick Public Library is offering a series designed to help you get published.

Whether you are an experienced writer or just getting started, you will not want to miss the upcoming three-part series, Getting Published in the 21st Century.

With the first session, Writing non-Fiction, set for Thursday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m., these panel discussions/Q&A events are put together by the New Jersey authors’ Network and feature visits from a variety of local authors. Come by in September for an informative session with  John Grant (moderator), Randy M. Dannenfelser, Jasha Levi, William Mingin and Ilene Schneider. Each has taken a different approach to publishing nonfiction. Discover how they did it and learn their tricks of the trade—from the importance of networking to what to put into a proposal. Enjoy this informative free program, then perhaps you’ll be inspired to go out and write that first book. Upcoming installments include From Thoughts to Print, Monday, Oct. 14, and the Business of Love: Writing Romance, on Monday, Nov. 5.

For more information on this event call 732-390-6767 or go to The Library’s website at http://www.ebpl.org and click on “News & Events.”
