Community Update

In December of 2012 I was charged with possession of CDS and simple assault in Edison NJ. When I made my first appearance it wasn’t the usually prosecutor or judge that presides in that township. Originally my charges were placed on an administrative hold for 3 months, and both charges were to be revisited and dismissed if all went well. Upon returning to revisit the case both the prosecutor and judge were different from when I made the first appearance and to my disbelief they indicated that no order for dismissal was noted on the case. I returned 5 times just to be pushed around by the prosecutor requesting adjournments for discoveries and lab reports which were never produced and the judge did not want to hear or take into account what I had said. At this point I felt bullied and pretty much helpless when I came across Ms. Hillary Brower’s website (http://hbrowerlaw.com/), and I am extremely glad did. Since our first meeting in Ms. Brower’s office located in East Brunswick NJ, she put me at ease and gave me back my confidence, she guided me step by step and made sure that I knew everything she new regarding my case. When the new court date arrived Ms. Brower was right by my side fighting for me and employed every bit of knowledge and resources that she could to protect my rights. On October 8th 2013 at 7PM, nearly a year later all charges were DISMISSED! What’s different in Ms. Hillary Brower’s practice is that she is a sole practitioner and she doesn’t pass you along like most others do. She focuses on you and your case and really does care! Ms. Hillary Brower will fight for you and will get the best results anyone can. I will always recommend her; she will make you feel protected and secure and like I mentioned, she will get results!
