Community Update

I had an awful move on 2/17/14 with this company. They informed me that they were insured, and that it covered everything and was "free".
They claimed it took them 2 hours to drive 20 miles, and attempted to collect $240 for those two hours to drive PLUS an additional "Truck fee".
They told me the truck would fit all of my things - half of it is still in my old apartment and I now need to hire another set of movers to move it.
They broke my coffee table, and offered me $30 for it - it's less than a year old and cost almost $500.
They told met that that's what the insurance covered. I told him that his man should've explained better. Instead he said that his man was "uneducated" and has been harassing my friend who referred them to be begging me to now take $120 for my friend's "sake".
I do not recommend them.
They arrived at 9:30 am, and left my new place at 7 pm. I did a move last year that took 3 hours and was twice the distance that cost almost $800 less.
This was awful.
