Richard Puskas, died Thursday, January 23, 2014, at The Elms of Cranbury. He was 74. Born in Perth Amboy, he resided in East Brunswick for the past 50 years.
Prior to retiring Mr. Puskas was an Electronics Technician for Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, where he worked for 25 years. He was a Communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church in Old Bridge. Mr. Puskas was a U.S. Navy veteran and served on several aircraft carriers. He was an Amateur Radio enthusiast with the call sign K2JYS. He was also a former member of the East Brunswick rescue squad.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Roberta Wenzel Puskas; two sons: Richard J. Puskas and his wife, Heather, of Springtown, PA and David Puskas of Manchester; two daughters: Cheryl Puskas of Plainsboro and Cynthia Louro and her husband, Joseph, of Wall Twp. and three grandchildren: Joseph, Delaney and Juliana.
