Obituary: Phyllis Mathews Bennet
Bennet was a resident of East Brunswick for more than 20 years.
Phyllis Mathews Bennet died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 at home. She was 71.
Born in Yonkers, NY, she resided in Bergenfield, Milltown and North Brunswick before moving to East Brunswick over 20 years ago.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Robin L. Sona.

Surviving are daughter, Michelle Bennet; a brother, William G. Mathews; a sister, Barbara J. Mathews; and four grandchildren, Taylor, David, Nicholas and Sara.
Funeral services and visiting hours were held on Friday at the Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, and interment was at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
