East Brunswick police warned motorists to avoid Tices Lane near the Highland Street Extension Sunday and Monday because of a traffic accident.
A vehicle crash near on Tices Lane near the Highland Street Extension has closed Tices Lane Between Route 18 and the Highland Street Extension in both directions and required a detour of traffic for 12 hours.
The Highland Street Extension is open. Eastbound vehicles on Tices Lane will be able to reach Route 18 North or South.
Westbound vehicles on Tices Lane will be detoured onto Route 18.
