Expect Delays In East Brunswick On Cranbury Road Near Ryders Lane

As a result of this race, Cranbury Road between Ryders lane and Dunhams Corner Road (St. Mary's Cemetery Side) will be closed to vehicular traffic from approximately 0845 hours to 1030 hours.

From East Brunswick police:

On Sunday July 27, 2014, VFW Post 133 will be hosting its 3rd annual 5k road race which raises funds to benefit local veterans and their families. As a result of this race, Cranbury Road between Ryders lane and Dunhams Corner Road (St. Mary’s Cemetery Side) will be closed to vehicular traffic from approximately 0845 hours to 1030 hours.

Access to all businesses along this portion of Cranbury Road will be granted and vehicles will be escorted to their respective locations by Special Operations personnel. Additional roadways that will be impacted along the race route will be Stonaker Drive, Dunhams Corner Road, Evergreen Boulevard, Wexford Road, Lonczak Lane, and Ryders lane. Although these roadways will not be closed in their entirety, some very minor traffic delays are expected. 

Police resources will all be utilized for security and traffic control.
