Northbound Turnpike Backed Up at 8A

Overturned dump truck snarls traffic.

There are significant delays on the northbound NJ Turnpike at Exit 8A.

According to the NJ Turnpike Authority website, an overturned dump truck has caused the right and center lanes to be blocked. As of 7 a.m., there was a 7 mile delay and travelers could see 55 minutes to an hour of additional travel time.
