A third suspect, Joseph Osorio, 18, of South River, had been identified as the third person at the facility. He could not be located and as a precaution, the East Brunswick District 3 Brookview Fire Company was dispatched to deploy a boat into the lake and a light truck, all in an attempt to locate Osorio. However, evidence found in the wooded area along with the suspects’ statements led police and firefighters to stop searching for Osorio in the lake, police said. He was believed to have walked along the shoreline and flee the area once the police officers arrived.

All three suspects were charged with criminal trespassing and obstruction.
