Turnpike South Closed at Exit 9

An accident earlier today has shut traffic down in the area.

According to the East Brunswick Police Department, the southbound N.J. Turnpike at Exit 9 is closed, and all traffic is vering divered onto Route 18.

Police are advising that drivers avoid the area.
