After Iowa: Which GOP Hopeful Do You Like?

Republican presidential candidates battled it out. Iowans spoke. But what do you say?

Upstart presidental candidate Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney were heading toward a photo finish in Tuesday night's Republican Iowa caucuses, before Romney was declared the winner.

The final results showed Romney finishing with 30,015 votes to Santorum's 30,007.

Ron Paul nabbed third-place in the contest—the first of the 2012 caucus and primary season—while Newt Gringrich grabbed fourth. Texas Gov. Rick Perry placed fifth followed by Rep. Michele Bachmann, who suspended her campaign Wednesday. John Huntsman finished seventh.

Santorum, a former U.S. senator from Pennsylvania, and Romney, a former Massachusetts governor, each had about 25 percent of the vote.
