Awards and Honors for East Brunswick College Students

The following East Brunswick residents received awards and honors from their colleges this year.

Jake Olson was named to the Dean's List at Florida Institute of Technology for the spring semester, which ended in May. Olson is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Saint Joseph's University's Omega chapter of the Alpha Epsilon Lambda (AEL) honor society inducted East Brunswick resident Charles Polizano, a graduate student in Instructional Technology, in May. Academic achievement, leadership and service are the criteria for induction.

Kevin Gaertner, was named to the spring semester Dean's List at Bryant University before graduating in May.

Jasmine Linette Baez-Munera was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Rhode Island.

Jessica R Devine was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Rhode Island.

Sara N Shabo was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Rhode Island.

Ryan Michael Marosy was named to the President's List at Clemson University for the spring 2012 semester.

Sarah Goldstein was named to the Dean’s List at Quinnipiac University for the spring semester.

Frank Hines was named to the Dean’s List at Quinnipiac University for the spring semester.

Steven Pflug was named to the Dean’s List at Quinnipiac University for the spring semester.

Alec Levine a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University's College at Florham, has been inducted to FDU's Phi Zeta Kappa, junior honor society for the spring semester. To qualify for Phi Zeta Kappa, a student must have completed 60.0 credits toward an undergraduate degree, and of these credits, 44.0 must have been earned at FDU and a cumulative grade point ratio of 3.2 must have been maintained for all of them.

Catherine Kirbos, a sophomore biology major in the University of Scranton's College of Arts and Sciences, was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester.

Nicole Ward, a senior occupational therapy major in the University Scranton's Panuska College of Professional Studies, was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester.

Jonathan Karp was named to the dean's list for the spring 2012 semester at the University of Vermont. Karp is a sophomore Biology major in the College of Arts & Sciences.

Brian Chen was named to the Dean's List at the University of Memphis for the spring 2012 semester.

Elsa Chen, a member of the class of 2015 at Skidmore College, earned term honors for the spring semester. She is the daughter of Simon and Ling Chen of East Brunswick.

David Kafafian was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at Lafayette College.

Scott Kominkiewicz was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at Lafayette College.

Dana Eckstein was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Hartford.

Andrew Davidov was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Hartford.

Sydney Kaplan was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Hartford.

Beth Weiss was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Hartford.

Eric Wolf, a Sport Media major in the class of 2014, was named to the Dean's List in Ithaca College's School of Health Sciences and Human Performance.

Candace Riggs, a Outdoor Adventure Leadership major in the class of 2013, was named to the Dean's List in Ithaca College's School of Health Sciences and Human Performance.

Christina Larkin, a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University's College at Florham, was been named to the Dean's List for the Spring 2012 Semester.

Carolyn Lindsay, a student on Fairleigh Dickinson University's Metropolitan Campus, located in Teaneck and Hackensack, was been named to the Honor's List for the Spring 2012 semester.
