District Seeks Public Input for Superintendent Search

Superintendent Jo Ann Magistro announced that this will be her last year with the district.

Have your say in what you would like to see in a new Superintendent of Schools.

The East Brunswick Board of Education will hold a “Community Input Session” to get information to be used in setting criteria needed to choose a new superintendent of schools.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 12, at 7:30 p.m. in the Hammarskjold Middle School Auditorium (the East Brunswick Performing Arts Center).

Discussion will center on the strengths, concerns, on-going issues and future initiatives. Information gathered, together with input from other focus groups, will be used to shape a variety of candidate review documents and the interview questions.

The district also is asking residents to fill out a survey to help guide it’s search.
