East Brunswick College Students Make the Grade

East Brunswick students attending college received academic honors this fall. Here is a list of just some of them.

The following East Brunswick students received academic honors for the fall semester for their respective colleges.

Ryan C.Ross was named to the Dean's list for the fall semester at West Virginia University. Ryan had a perfect 4.0 grade point average. He also recieved the Presidential Award for Excelence in Scholarship.

Alexander Chen, son of Chia Chen and Chu Chen, was named to the Merit List of Oxford College, the two-year liberal arts division of Emory University located in Oxford, Ga., for the 2011 fall semester. Students must earn a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the previous semester to be named to the Merit List.

Douglas Fischer was named to the 2011 Dean’s List for the fall semester at Merrimack College. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must achieve a 3.25 grade point average or higher, based on a 4.0 grading system.

Randall Theodore Nixon, 2012, who is studying Political Science, was named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2011 semester at Colgate University. He is the son of Randall L. Nixon and Andrea G. Nixon and a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy.

Sara Michelle Reisler, 2012, who is studying Mathematical Economics, was named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2011 fall semester at Colgate University. Reisler is the daughter of Dr. Scott B. Reisler and Madeline Reisler and a graduate of The Hun School of Princeton.

Ratish Malhotra, Emily Ong and Phoebe Sun were named to the Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences’ Dean’s List for the fall 2011 semester.

Natalia K Jankojc received a bachelor’s of science degree in Management Finance from the Graduate School of Education at Binghamton University.

John Sommer graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s of science degree in Mechanical Engineering technology from RIT's College of Applied Science and Technology in fall 2011.

Carolyn Lindsay, and Derrick Lindsay were named to the Honors List for fall 2011 at Farleigh Dickinson University’s Anthony J. Petrocelli College of Continuing Studies. To qualify for the Honor's List, a student must carry a 3.5 or better grade point average out of a possible 4.0 and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 letter-graded hours (four courses).

Michael Cheung and Arielle Harris, juniors at Elizabethtown College, were named to the fall 2011 Dean’s List at the college. To earn this recognition, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.60 or better in 14 or more credit hours, of which at least 12 credits are letter-graded course work. Only Elizabethtown's full-time undergraduate students are eligible for this distinction.

Ashley Grabowski, a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Anthony J. Petrocelli College of Continuing Studies, was been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2011 Semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, a student must carry a 3.2 or better grade point average out of a possible 4.0 and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 letter-graded hours (four courses).

Natalia K Jankojc, and Adam Z. Talmud, received academic honors from the School of Management at Binghamton University.

Adam Z .Talmud, Jessie E Kalish, Shoshana P Koslowe and Marc N Katz, received academic honors from the Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at Binghamton University.

Alyssa D. Furman received academic honors from the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University by making the University's Dean's List for the fall 2011 semester.
